We are looking for an experienced Incident Manager to our Center of Excellence Team. As an Incident Manger you will be chairperson of the Incident Board at Swedbank Pay and also be a part of a team that rotates the responsibility to cover the incident management 24/7. As Incident Manager you have ownership of the Swedbank Pay Incident log and are responsible for logging all internal and external incidents affecting the Swedbank Pay business area.
You will assist various Swedbank Pay units and be the link between the different parties involved in complex incidents, both internally and externally, when deemed necessary.
You will handle the communication and dialogue with customers proactively and in case of ongoing incidents. You are able to perform analysis of incidents and root cause in dialogue with Process managers. You will also perform proactive work to avoid and limit the impact of incidents.
You will provide monthly statistics of Swedbank Pay incidents to management and other internal stakeholders. You will also plan and execute internal training in incident handling when needed and follow market trends and keep up to date within incident and crisis management
We are looking for someone that:
Has worked +5 years as an Incident Manager. Loves solving problems and has good planning and prioritizing skills to manage a varied and pressurized workload. As the role involves working with different parties and solving complex incidents you need to have great co-operation, communication, and networking skills. You need to be fluent in written and spoken in both Swedish and English.
We also think it’s good if you have:
- University degree within Business/IT or relevant work experience
- Several years of experience from card business and/or related areas
- Knowledge of and experience from working with VISA and MasterCard rules and regulations
