We are looking for a strategic and operationally strong leader to take on the role of Head of PSP Online. This position holds overall responsibility for our online products within the Payment Service Provider (PSP) domain, with a clear focus on merchant and customer experience, technology-driven development, and business growth. You will lead a team of approximately 20 people and report directly to the Head of Product & Development. Swedbank Pay has a modern and robust technology platform for providing online payments, but is currently lacking in commercial reach. Within the company`s client portfolio, we have some of the Nordic's most well-known brands. But we have not scaled our online offerings to their full potential yet.

More about the position: 

As Head of Online within Swedbank Pay Product & Development you will: 

• Lead, inspire, and develop a cross-functional team consisting of product owners  &  product managers, developers, architects, and a team leader.
• Define and communicate a clear strategy and vision for PSP Online aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Ensure high performance in our online payment solutions in terms of availability, security, conversion, operational efficiency and user experience.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities and digital innovations within online payments.
• Own the budget, forecasting, and resource allocation for the area.
• Establish effective processes, KPIs, and performance tracking to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.
• Be an active member of the product leadership team, contributing to the broader development of the organization.

We think it`s good if you have: 

• Proven leadership experience in a digital product or tech environment, preferably within payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Experience managing larger teams and building strong team cultures.
• Deep understanding of online payments and related business models.
• Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, with strong prioritization and data-driven decision-making skills.
